SHIPPING

Products are shipped priority Mail within 3-5  business days. Please verify your mailing address and ensure that it is accurate before final purchases this includes apartment numbers, etc. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, left packages, lost/stolen or unclaimed packages. Shipping costs are not added into your cart. Our goal is to use the most affordable shipping rates.

Padded Flat Rate Envelope:  $8.00
Medium Flat Rate Box: $13.75
Large Flat Rate Box: $19.90

We may need to contact you about your order. If proper contact information is not provided, we are not responsible for any issues that may arise with your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order due to non-response and/or non-compliance.


DAMAGED ITEMS: 

If your items arrive damaged, please capture photo documentation/proof of the damage and contact USPS and Blueprint Essentials LLC immediately.


ORDER CANCELLATION

An order may be cancelled prior to shipping. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel any unshipped order. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 5% restock fee that will not be refunded.
