PRODUCT REFUNDS

Refunds will be determined on an individual basis. No refunds will be given due to personal dislike of scent, texture, or design. Please keep in mind that everyone's nose is different, and scents may vary. We do our best to describe the scents based upon the fragrance and essential oils that are used, as well as descriptions given from the manufacturers. As our products are handmade, design will vary slightly.

PRODUCT RETURNS

We do not accept returns under any circumstance due to sanitary reasons. Once an order is shipped, all sales are final.
